Trip 2. July 15-21, 2017
Known as the “Island of Spice” for its high production of nutmeg, this beautiful island is located in the south-eastern part of the Caribbean. There are about 110,000 people that live on the island. One cannot help but to be captured by their friendly spirit and generosity.
Language: English, however Creole is also commonly spoken.
We will work alongside local nuns and priests, work with a home for the disabled, an orphanage, local school, Catholic Church, home for the elderly and local residents of the community. Amongst the beauty on the island, there is much need. Prayerfully consider joining us to serve in Grenada.
Fly into St. George (GND)
We will work and stay in the capital city of St. George. Housing is just a 10-minute drive from the airport. We aim to have all buses air-conditioned. There will be a CHWC representative to pick up all campers from the airport and ride the bus with them to the dorms.
